We design and submit planning applications for new build, extensions, loft conversions, outbuildings and many more. We are extremely proud on our current record high rate of planning approval. We attribute the success to very careful examination on design, proactive communication with local authorities and evidence based design strategies.

When it comes to design, there are always thousands and thousands of possible options available on table for you. Thus, our task is to filter and refine your ideas into final evidence-based design by formulating clear project brief, project programme, design strategies and feasibility studies. Constantly checking against the compliance of planning requirements and local amenities.

After design is signed off by you, we will then prepare planning drawing set for planning application and other required documents.

Please feel free to give us a call to find out if your ideas require planning approval or types of application today.

Discussing the Numbers

After planning approval, we will then advise / recommend client to appoint key consultants for the technical design stage. For instance: structural engineers, quantity surveyor (if needed), Party Wall surveyor, building inspector and others.
We will also develop the approved planning drawings with these consultant's input / comments into technical drawing set for Building Control submission.
We often work closely with contractors at construction stage, to supervise and ensure your dream homes are built with very high workmanship and finished in fine details.
